Etsuko is an outstanding caregiver. She has been helping me and my wife (who has Alzheimers Disease) twice a week for over a year. She is very reliable and is always on time. She is very patient with my wife and knows how to care for her throughtout the day. Can easily deal with incontinence. She engages with her throughout the day and is always cheerful no matter the circumstances. Helps her to get out of bed, dressed and ready for the day. I am very happy with every aspect of her work.
