I am a registered nurse with over 10 years of working in acute , long term , hospice and palliative nursing serving patients and families in largely diverse populations using evidence-based practices and resource management strategies to provide patient centered care to all patients while supporting families and communities though healing, health, medical appointments and End of life care. I am dependable, honest, caring and kind . I like caring for seniors for I think of life as being a revolving door and treating seniors with respect today will shape the world I will experience tomorrow. I'm looking for a job that brings dignity and support to patients and families. Supporting patients and families through illness and caregiving. I started caring for seniors 18 years ago. I do walk, music, read and meditate. I serve with kindness, empathy and integrity. My skills include ADL's , medication management, appointment management, Caregiver support and patient advocacy.
