I hired Ethan for a one-time evening sitting job for my two kids age 4 and 6. I specifically chose Ethan because of his German language skills. While Ethan's German is basic and a bit rusty, it was good enough to communicate with my children in that language. He was on time (actually he came 15 minutes early), and the kids hit it off with him right away. He played with the kids, set up the Christmas tree, brushed their teeth, read stories and put them to bed. He was flexible as I came back really late, and the next morning the kids were asking when they'll get to meet Ethan again. I'll be sure to hire him again next time I need a sitter.
