About Ethan

Hi! I'm Ethan, a proud member of the LGBT+ community. I'm a trans man and my pronouns are he/him. I have nearly 15 years of childcare experience, including working with children and adults with special needs and behavioral challenges. Diaper changes don't bother me! I value respect, empathy, and fun, and I'd describe myself as friendly, caring, and kind. I love working with kids because watching them discover themselves is amazing. I started caring for younger cousins and neighbors' kids at about 7 years old. I enjoy art, cooking, LEGOs, and working with my hands. One thing to know about me: I will always respect you, your family, and your boundaries. My strengths include adapting to different situations, meeting kids at their level, understanding big feelings, and providing loving, reliable care.
