About Ethan

As a caregiver, my passion lies in fostering children's growth and development, and I have four years of experience working with children and young adults at different developmental levels. I am currently in graduate school for Social Work and have a Bachelors degree in psychology where my coursework focused on childhood development. I have been trained in First Aid and CPR multiple times. My patient and creative nature allows me to engage children in outdoor sports, board games, and activities that enhance their learning, communication and relationship skills. I believe in open communication with parents and follow their preferred method, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular text or phone calls. While I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules, I am comfortable caring for up to three children, aged 4 to 16, or even older.
