Estrella was our nanny for almost 2 years. Her overall performance was good but one day she abruptly stopped showing up to work without notice. We were actually concerned for her safety only to realize she ghosted us. As two working professionals, this was very disruptive to our schedule. There was no disagreement or discussion on unhappiness about pay or work, etc. Our kids loved her and this was a very unprofessional way to end a long standing relationship.
