About Esther

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. I graduated with a B. A. in El. Ed. I have also been teaching piano lessons for 6 years and voice lessons for 2 years. I loved and excelled in all subjects throughout school. However, this required alot of diligence and effort which enables me to explain concepts to all grades. I believe every learner has unique strengths, so I adapt my approach by observing interaction with new material and incorporating visual aids or hands-on activities. When concepts become challenging, I break problems into manageable steps and connect them to your personal interests to build momentum. I prioritize open communication with both students and parents to ensure we are always working toward your goals. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a difficult skill is the most rewarding part of my work. I look forward to supporting your academic journey and celebrating your successes as we grow together.
