About Esther

Hi, I'm Esther! I bring two years of professional nanny experience and six years overall in childcare, along with a strong academic background that includes 7 classes in child development and education in college and high school. as well as being certified in CPR and first aid. My childcare philosophy is rooted in Montessori principles and research-based practices. I focus on supporting developmental milestones, fostering independence, and encouraging growth through music, movement, and creative exploration. I'm currently looking for a nanny position where my 10-month-old daughter can accompany me. I'm looking of a family with 1-2 children between the ages of 0-3 years old. i'm not looking to grow my family anytime soon, so I'd be more than open to a long-term position.
