I have an extensive knowledge in providing care for children from newborn, preschool, twins and all ages. I have an exceptional cooking availability to cook organic nutritional meals. I will provide transportation to and from school if needed. I am very loving, caring, trustworthy, energetic, flexible and bilingual (Spanish and English speaking). I am CPR certified and first aid class as well. I can take care of special needs children. I am prepared for travel and work over nights, as I have done it in the past when it is required. My boys always felt like it was a treat to have Esther come over. I continue to use her for occasional evenings, and I would trust her to care for my boys for extended periods or for overnight care.

Esther was amazing as a full-time nanny for our newborn twins! She had no problems multi-tasking (caring for the boys, light housekeeping, and cooking for the family). She always has a smile, is very loving with the children, and always made herself available whenever we needed her!

Esther cared for our newborn twin boys from the day they came home from the hospital until they were three years old. Her patience and experience made it possible for me to return to work once the boys were six months old, ensured in the knowledge that my boys were well cared for. Esther never spent an idle moment in our house, in between caring for the children, feeding, changing diapers and playing with them, she somehow ensured that their laundry was done, their rooms and play space were spotless, and also helped with light housekeeping throughout the home without being asked. This letter is in support of Ms. Esther Rodriquez.  I wholeheartedly recommend hiring Esther as a domestic/home helper, nanny, caregiver and general household manager.  Esther was employed in my home from August 2013 until August 2014.   Esther's duties in my home included preparing meals  (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and driving my son to school and back each day, doing light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping and preparation of meals.  She also ran errands and supervised projects at home.  Esther completed these tasks with minimal supervision and without error; she was always on time, never missed work and was endlessly cheerful and positive. She is a fabulous cook and helped me prepare food for family gatherings and school functions.  My son is a special needs child and she managed to work with him beautifully.  He quickly became attached to her.  I'm a single working professional woman and over the past 23 years have relied on reliable efficient domestic helpers. Esther was one of the best, she did not disappoint.  She knows what it takes to keep a family and home running smoothly.  My only disappointment is that we had only one year under her care.  My older daughter has now graduated from college and my son is heading off to a transition in independent living program (he graduated from high school in June 2014) and I no longer need full time domestic help.  
In summary, I fully endorse and support Esther Rodriquez application for employment.  She is trust worthy, honest, kind and reliable.  Esther has a big heart and brings love into her work.
