Dear loving parents, I began caring for children at just 10 years old, when I was hired to look after two toddler siblings. What started as a part-time job quickly became a passion-and over the past 15+ years, I've had the joy of caring for dozens of children, from infants to teens, across homes, churches, classrooms, and events. Many of those families kept me for years. I've learned that every child is uniquely designed, and I approach caregiving with intentionality, joy, and deep respect for their development. I've read extensively on child behavior and emotional needs, and I value creating safe, nurturing environments where children feel seen, supported, and free to grow.
