I hired Esther and she came to our home once. She ended up leaving early and not cleaning our home all the way leaving me to have to finish cleaning after I got home ( every room was half done no vacuuming at all, some mopping and not wiping kitchen counter etc.) She said she wanted me to purchase more cleaning supplies ( because she didn't like our essential oil based products) so I thought fair enough and purchased more supplies. After changing the time three times to come for our next agreed day, we decided to move to next week, she sent a text again canceling on us. I'm kind of bummed because she seems like a sweet person but just very unreliable maybe too many commitments with others.
