About Esther

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is my passion. With four years of experience and a graduate degree, I specialize in Math, English, and Special Education. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. I assess your child's unique learning style through active observation, tailoring my approach with visual aids, hands-on activities, or collaborative discussions. By connecting complex concepts to real-world interests and breaking down problems into manageable steps, I ensure students stay motivated and engaged. I prioritize clear communication with families to track progress and set meaningful goals. Nothing compares to the joy of witnessing a student's "aha!" moment as they master a new skill. I am eager to help your child grow, and I look forward to supporting their academic journey with patience and care.
