With a college degree and three years of experience, I bring a passion for supporting adults' and seniors' well-being and independence to my work. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment and always follow the family's preferred communication method regarding their loved one's well-being. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and incorporating memory care activities. I am CPR and First Aid trained.
