I have been a Nanny for over 20 years and I love my job because it allows me to nurture, love and care for the smallest persons in our society I have experience taking care of twins and I can handle play dates both in and out of the house. I love the outdoors and enjoy going on adventures to the museum, library and the park. My qualities include being reliable, timely, patient, caring and playful. Esther is a fantastic caregiver. She has been with our family since our daughter was 6 months old until now (2 years 2 months). If we we'rent moving internationally, we would have stayed with her until our daughter was school age. Esther is reliable, professional, on time, communicative and extremely caring. In warm months, she ensured out daughter got plenty of fresh air and active time, and in winter she found enriching activities and classes indoors. Esther sends a recap of each day with photos at the end of the day but during the day is 100% focused on the child, making sure they are learning, growing, and forming good habits in an environment that is safe, nurturing, and lightly structured. She helps us also by taking notes on what/when our baby ate and slept, and always leaves the house neat--cleaning up toys and teaching our daughter how to clean up after herself. If you are looking for full time help I cannot recommend her enough. Her next family will be lucky to have her!
