Hallo , my name is Esther and I have been working as a CNA for over 15 years, I am also a Med-tech and have done CPR. I've worked in an assisted living facility for over 12years and also in memory care . I love to help the elderly and social needs , To me I feel like it's not only a career but a call, I am very patient and I believe it is very important when working with the Elderly , I'm kind and I have always seen it pays back, because I believe whatever you give that's what you get in return.
