I recall a situation where a patient complained of pain in their extremities. Rather than dismissing the complaint, Esther took it seriously and ensured the patient was evaluated in the ER. As a result, the patient was diagnosed with a deep vein thrombosis (DVT), allowing for timely treatment and potentially preventing a much more serious outcome.
