About Esther

Dependable and dedicated, I have always loved children and I am currently pursuing a college degree at Northampton Community College. Devoted to a cause, my passion comes from working with kids. I strive to always provide a safe, loving environment for children, and I am comfortable working with all age ranges. I believe in engaging children in a variety of ways, including: a safe, comfortable atmosphere, motivate and provide encouragement through emotional support maintain child's health and well-being by providing meals, assist with hygiene such as, bathing, changing diapers, and potty training, and follow regular routines of child's eating and sleeping schedule, establish positive relationships with the children, be flexible in providing what the child needs. I am able to: supervise and care for children in the absence of parents or regular caregiver, handle emergency situations efficient and many more things.
