About Esther

This review is long overdue, but Esther deserves every bit of recognition. She cared for my daughter from the time she was 6 months old until she was about 2, and truthfully, she got me through that first year of motherhood. Esther was exactly who I needed—experienced, calm, and confident, yet incredibly kind and thoughtful. From day one, it was clear this wasn’t her first rodeo. She knew how to seamlessly fit into our home and routine, always offering support without ever overstepping. In those early months, she was such a steady presence—proactively suggesting new foods, helping with meal prep, and finding ways to make our days run more smoothly. As my daughter got older, Esther’s proactive nature really shined. She took the initiative to find new playgroups, classes, and activities around town, and helped my daughter blossom socially. I originally hoped to find someone who would care for my daughter’s basic needs, but Esther far exceeded my expectations. She gave my daughter such rich experiences and exposure to the world around her. Beyond her care for my daughter, Esther made my life easier. She’s incredibly intuitive and capable around the house—I never had to ask for something twice. Often, she’d anticipate what we needed before I even said it. That kind of thoughtfulness and reliability is truly invaluable. I feel so lucky that we had Esther with us during such an important stage in our lives, and I only wish she could have stayed with us for many more years. Any family would be beyond fortunate to have her.
