About Esther

My objective as a nanny is to use my 20 years experience to provide a caring, positive, and loving environment, all while encouraging learning and developmental growth. I work closely with children, actively supporting their thought process, motor, and social skills. My position as a nanny involves caring for infants, multiples, toddlers, school aged children, and preteens. I believe being "hands on" helps children to feel secure and encourages their growth physically and intellectually. My personal skills embody creativity, patience, and undeniable responsibility. I am very hardworking, trustworthy, and emphatically detail oriented. I stand firm teaching, correcting, and instructing all while encouraging children to be the best they can be.
