About Esther

Making a difference in someone's life is my passion. For the past five years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aid. I'm experienced in providing respite care, live-in care, transportation, hospice services, and medical management. I can also assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and dementia care. I understand the importance of earning trust and I strive to build connections with those I care for. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. When communicating with families, I provide verbal or written updates, always following their preferred method. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I have some college education and speak both English and Spanish. Knowing I can bring comfort and support to your family is what truly matters to me.
