Although I have not yet had a formal opportunity to work directly with individuals with special needs, I have developed a strong understanding of what this kind of care requires through training, observation, and my hands-on experience caring for the elderly and chronically ill. I recognize that supporting a person with special needs calls for patience, empathy, consistency, and attentive communication. I am eager to apply my caregiving skills and continue learning from professionals and families who provide special needs care so that I can offer the best possible support to those who need it.
