Esther has been working for us since summer 2015 and we are extremely happy with her. She works a little over 20 hours for us as after school nanny, she picks our 2 and 5 year old up from 2 different school, drives them to after school activities, entertains them at home, does weekly groceries, cooks meals for the family every day and makes sure the kids are ready for bed so that our time with our kids can be about enjoying ourselves rather than running errands. Ester also does our date nights or covers when one of the kids are sick and cannot go to school. Additionally she takes care of our kids when me and my husband both have to travel at the same time or she joins us on the trip. She is very good with the kids and adjusts her educational style to our needs. She is very open to feedback and makes adjustments accordingly. Our kids adore her and see her as part of our family. Esther is still working for our family right now but would love to add other nanny/babysitting work in the mornings, evenings or weekends.
