About Esthefani

Hi, my name is Esthefani. I am currently enrolling in a Master of Social Work program, where I plan to focus on supporting children and families. I am passionate about helping children grow, thrive, and develop healthy life skills. I have experience working with children on the autism spectrum, as well as caring for children during the summer time. I love to build meaningful connections with children and families. I am seeking opportunities to support families in flexible ways-whether that's after-school care, date nights, or weekend assistance. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child in my care. I value open communication and trust, and I believe these are essential for parents to feel confident and reassured that their children are safe and well cared for.
