Ester has been working with our family for a year+ and we truly don’t know what we’d do without her! I have three kids and she primarily watches my one year old but she helps with all of them. (Especially during our chaotic mornings getting everyone ready and out the door for school.) Ester is extremely reliable. She always shows up when she’s supposed to, is always on time and is very communicative. As a busy, full-time working mom, one of the things I appreciate most about Ester is that she needs very little direction and just somehow knows what to do. She is always willing to jump in wherever she is needed. She truly goes above and beyond to help our family. Most importantly, all three of my kids adore her and I completely trust her with them. She makes a point to get my daughter outside every day she is here (and even makes sure our dog gets outside too!) She has really become such an important part of our family and at this point I couldn’t imagine our lives without her. I would highly recommend Ester to any family looking for someone dependable, caring and trustworthy!
