To Prospective Client: It is with great enthusiasm, I applying for the Care Provider position. I have ethic skills and the ability to perform the job. With my experience, I have skills & knowledge in task areas such as: -Providing extensive care for Acute, Critical, Hospice, Geriatric, General Pediatrics and Seniors in a home setting -Assessing client vitals, visual condition and meeting their basic needs -Repositioning clients every 2 hours if on bed rest if applicable, assist with ambulation and incontinence as needed; providing ROM with bed bound clients as well as clients with muscular disorders -Providing medication management, light house keeping, and running errands As a Care provider my immediate job is to arrive on time and complete task in a timely manner and effectively communicate with my client.
