About Estelle

Hi there! My name is Estelle, I'd describe my personality as loving, soft and driven. I like working with kids because everyday is a new adventure, full of fun and laughter. I'm looking for a job that values a healthy work environment and open communication. I started working with kids when I first in 2019 as a volunteer and later on au paired in 2022. In my spare time, I like to create - whether that's upcycling clothes, write, paint or work on a project I feel that being crafty allows me to feel more grounded from a busy day to day life. I also like to workout and enjoy swimming, this is a mental outlet for me and reminds me of my strengths and capabilities. My skills include having great empathy and patience, which are super important in childcare. I am also really dedicated and committed to personal growth, so I am great at building strong, supportive relationships with kids. And I am also pretty adaptable, always willing to learn and adjust to different situations
