Estelle has been watching our 2 year old regularly for the past several months and she has been an absolute godsend! She is so good with our daughter -- so warm and caring and engaging, and I trust her completely with our daughter. She's great at coming up with ideas to keep our daughter entertained, whether it's by going to the playground or library or by playing with toys and making up games at our house. She's excellent at practical care stuff like feeding, diaper changes, going through the bedtime routine, etc. She's also great at checking in with us and making sure that she's following our routines and that we're okay with everything she does. And it's just so clear that she really loves the children she takes care of. There have been times when my daughter was sick and, totally separate from anything we hired her for, Estelle has checked in with me just to see how our daughter is doing! Estelle is also super flexible and reliable. She's helped out tremendously when my husband has been away on trips, or when we've wanted to have a date night, or even when we've just been overwhelmed and needed someone to watch our daughter for a couple hours while we took care of other things or caught a break. I would highly highly recommend Estelle!
