Estele is very grounded and capable. She took care of my 10 mo baby and 5.5 yr old kid together, keeping them both engaged, ensuring both were fed, and handling the baby's naps as well. She is thoughtful and flexible to adjust to your needs. She came well prepared- we had a phone call and I had some brief information about the baby's schedule and she was very receptive to this information to ensure we were all on the same page and the day went smoothly. Her calm and patient demeanor is very reassuring. I definitely recommend her as a caregiver for kids.
