Working with them daily using age appropriate learning tools to meet their developmental milestones. Reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Willing to drive to and from school and extra curricular activities. Available for overnights nanny shift and also occasional weekends, date night, vacation coverage and can also travel with you. Mrs. Stella is Family. My wife and I recently moved to the DFW area from out of state. Our first objective after finding a church was to find care for our 3 boys (ages 6, 3, and 1). We were BLESSED to find Mrs. Stella so quickly. She has been truly amazing and amazing addition to our family. She is funny, very smart, and wonderful with kids. My wife has found Stella to be a friend, and a tremendous help around the house - always going above and beyond to help with dishes, laundry, and cleaning. One time she even climbed on top of our dresser to fix our ceiling fan while I was at work and my wife was out running errands LOL!! The best part has been Mrs. Stella's ability and willingness to watch our boys while my wife and I are out of town. For 6 years we have not been able to have time away - just ourselves - for extended periods of time. But just in the past 6 months we gone to Ireland, Colorado, Missouri, and Australia for 5-7 days each and the boys have not missed a beat at home. Stella has grocery shopped, fed the boys, kept the house clean, and gotten everyone to school on time. Partially torn to leave such a positive review - as we don't know what we'd do without her!!!
