About Estefany

We feel so lucky to have had Estefany care for our 10-month-old for the past three months. From day one, she has been incredibly attentive, and reliable. She quickly bonded with our little one, creating a safe and nurturing environment filled with love, patience, and fun. She is wonderful at engaging our baby in developmental activities—reading books, playing with toys, and encouraging exploration outside as the weather warms up. We’ve seen so much growth in these few months, and we credit Stef for her thoughtful approach to childcare. She’s also been fantastic with routines, ensuring consistency in naps, meals, transitioning to solids, and playtime which has in turn helped us manage our work schedules as well. Beyond her caregiving skills, she’s a joy to have around—always punctual, professional, and communicative. She keeps us updated throughout the day, which gives us so much peace of mind.
