We hired Estefany to watch our toddler while we worked full time. She was exactly who our son needed during this time. Estefany engaged my son and spent a lot of time playing with him outdoors. She made sure he was safe at all times, applied sunscreen, put a jacket on when it was cooler out, etc. She treated my son like her own baby brother. Estefany also did little chores around the house on her own initiative. Unfortunately she had to move out of the area, but even then she looked out for Beau when she found a friend to replace her. We'd hire her again in a heartbeat.
