We have hired her about twenty-five times so far, and she has definitely proven she is: *Patient and calm under stress *Open to doing whatever we need with the kids *Very available, often at the last-minute *Protective and affectionate with kids *Affordable in terms of cost *Strong teaching skills (homework and/or helping kids become bilingual in Spanish and English) *A nice and easy-going person to have in our home To give some background, we have a preschooler and a second grader, and we have never felt comfortable hiring a babysitter until the extra stress from COVID (for example, kids being home all day while I was working at home) made us reconsider.
