I have been a nanny before to previous families on Care. com that have worked well, but as time went by the children have gotten older and no longer needed my services. I have been working with children for over 10 years. I am 30 years old and I have my 90 hr certificate in child development. When your kids are with me I CAN ASSURE that they will be in good hands and WELL taken care of, I treat all kids as if they are my own! Essence was a very good babysitter for my daughter. She is attentive, caring, patient, responsible and dependable. There were several moments that I caught Essence going above and beyond her scope of duty which I was impressed with. I would recommend this young lady to babysit children on a scale of 1 being low and 10 being high as a 9+. She is a great asset to children's lives.
