About Essence

As a caregiver, my enthusiasm stems from my passion for positively impacting children's lives. With over four years of childcare experience, I'm comfortable looking after up to three children of all ages. I've had the pleasure of caring for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and preteens. My calm and patient nature, coupled with my creativity and friendly demeanor, allows me to connect easily with children. I'm big on open communication and believe in keeping parents updated about their child's day. I can adapt to the parents' preferred communication method, whether it's verbal updates at pickup, regular texts, or phone calls. I'm skilled at enforcing household rules while ensuring a nurturing environment. My bag of tricks includes both educational games and outdoor activities that encourage physical play and learning. I'm also CPR-trained and have some college education under my belt.
