Essence has babysat for me on multiple occasions and has been an absolute life saver ! I had a few last minute work calls and needed someone who could come in immediately. She is very flexible and accommodating. Upon meeting, my 11 month old immediately took favor to her and enjoyed her company. She had no problem adhering to my daughter's daily schedule as well as making sure she transitioned smoothly from her previous sitter. Overall she's a very nice young lady . Thanks again
