Hi! I'm Esse - a compassionate, experienced caregiver with 25 years in childcare, pet sitting, and home support. I've cared for newborns, toddlers, school-age children, twins, and multiples, and I'm CPR/First Aid certified, having helped in emergencies - from helping save the life of a toddler in-flight to everyday bumps and boo-boos.

I also offer pet care/ home organization, and bring my background as a nurse, Reiki Practitioner, gymnastics coach, and yoga teacher to create a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment for everyone in your home.

Esse was the first person we left our now 7 month old son with when my husband and I went back to work, and it was honestly the smoothest transition we could have hoped for! Our son immediately bonded with Esse and thrived in his milestones during his time with her.  Esse also went above and beyond, keeping our house tidy and working with us to help him sleep better at night. Esse is an expert in infant care and also sensitive to new parents’ needs as they adjust to working parent life. I highly recommend Esse, your child will be in good hands! 

Esse has watched our daughter on multiple occasions over the last few months and they formed a quick bond.  She has a very pleasant and calming demeanor and energy that immediately puts our daughter and the whole house in a fun yet relaxing  state - especially helpful when winding down at the end of the day.  Her passion for children really shows with how she plays and interacts with our daughter.   Shes been very responsive over text and has even helped us out on last minute requests on multiple occasions.  Can’t recommend her highly enough!

Esse has cared for my son (almost 18 months) since he was four months old. She has always been so gentle and loving with him, caring for him as if he were her own. 

Esse is amazing. She’s so gentle, patient and kind - I swear babies and children pick up on her energy and are soothed just being in her presence.  As first time parents, finding care for your baby is nerve wracking and we feel like we hit the jackpot finding Esse. She started watching our daughter at 4 months when I had to return to work. If we have another, I’d hire Esse again in a heartbeat - there’s no one else I’d trust to care for my children! 

Esse is truly a dream come true when it comes to a caregiver. I was so nervous to leave my 5 month old when I was going back to work, but the minute we met Esse, I knew she was the best choice and would provide my daughter with a safe, loving, and fun environment each day. Esse has given my daughter the opportunity to work on milestones, while also socializing with other children. She is always calm and positive, and you can truly see how much she loves the kiddos in her care.  She is reliable, professional, pays attention to sanitation and cleanliness, and provides a variety of opportunities to the children in her care. I cannot praise Esse enough and wish I could keep her forever for my baby. 

We love Esse! She is so kind, patient and hands on with our toddler. I love that Esse spends most of the day outside (away from screens!) helping kids be creative and playful. We’ve also noticed a huge increase in speech/language since our toddler has been with Esse. ive recommended many friends to her and I cannot say enough good things about her.  

Esse is more than reliable when it comes to taking care of children. She has taken care of my six and 7 year-old numerous times. Every time she leaves the house, the kids are sad that she leaves and stoked for her return. I would hire Esse in a heart beat again. She is compassionate, caring, punctual, and reliable. She incorporates so much love to my kids during her visits. It's hard being a mom and leaving my kids but when I do,  I feel safe knowing they are in her care.

Esse has been an amazing person to know. She's kind, personable, professional and has a beautiful, peaceful demeanor. She has a wonderful way with kiddos from babies and older. You're kiddos will be asking when they can see her again or just see the delight in their faces & eyes if they can't talk yet.

Esse was our very first nanny. As new  parents, we were extremely nervous to leave our newborn with someone that was a stranger. However the first time we met Esse, she didn't feel like a stranger! She felt like someone we would want to be friends with and have in our lives. Esse's energy was gentle and caring, a natural fit for babies and young children. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending her to other families.

Esse has been caring for my kids for 8 years, she is responsible, loving, and completely trustworthy.  She started watching my kids when my daughter was 4 months old, and my son was 4 years.  I was so nervous to leave my children to go back to work, especially with my daughter so young.  Esse made the transition for our family so healthy, as she is always dependable, helpful, and my kids love her.  We are so grateful to know her.

Esse was my nanny for 3 years taking care of my then 6 month old and 4 year old. She was always timely and took care of both kids with much love. She followed all of my directions when it came to schedules and meals. She went over and above all her duties with my kids. Always playing with them and engaging. We love Esse- she still is part of our family even though my daughter is now 9. She is a wonderful addition to any family.
