1. In 2014, during my college years, I had the rewarding experience of working as a tutor and after-hours babysitter for a child with autism. This role taught me invaluable lessons in love, patience, compassion, and care. My responsibilities included driving the child to and from school and assisting with homework until their parents returned from work. 2. More recently, I've been applying these skills in a personal capacity, as my younger brother has a learning disorder and lives with me. The experience I gained from working with the autistic child has been instrumental in helping me understand and support my brother's needs.
