About Esmeralda

Hi families! My name is Esmeralda, and I have a Bachelor's degree in Child Development with experience working with infants, toddlers, preschoolers, kindergarteners, and elementary-aged children in both school and child development center settings. I'm passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and feel supported. I've worked in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms through the Child Development Centers at Merced College and California State University, Stanislaus, assisting with daily routines, classroom activities, developmental support, and age-appropriate learning experiences. I also have experience as an after-school tutor supporting elementary students with academics, enrichment activities, and positive behavior skills. I would describe myself as patient, caring, responsible, and creative, and I truly enjoy helping children learn through fun, hands-on activities and positive interactions.
