She's good while she's actually working. If you need someone to be on time regularly she's not reliable. You've been warned. Her interactions with my mother when she's on the job we're good. Punctuality was a constant big problem. I even went as far as allowing her daughter to come on the job with her which was very unprofessional. The day she quit she decided to tell me she was caught in traffic for over 2 hrs and was not coming because I didn't believe her. She lives 20-25 minutes away. I had to call her 35 minutes after she was supposed to be here and hadn't heard from her to find out where she was.
