Esmeralda is competent and confident while making accommodations for individual family needs. She was our nanny for our firstborn son, who happen to also have a medical condition called FPIES. She was not intimidated by this and was very careful in caring for him. She was punctual and proactive in organizing activities and meals for him. This was our first-born son, and so she was also like a consultant to us. The only reason we stopped working with her is that I took a leave of absence from work.
