We hired Esme to care for our son B. after our last few caretakers had given up on him. B is on the spectrum and although he is high functioning he gets extremely particular about certain things and this can lead to him acting out in ways most caretakers cant handle. Esme has been so understanding and caring when it comes to his needs from the moment she arrived at our home. Although it took time for our son to trust her enough to let her do things for him he has now accepted her into our lives as if she was part of the family and asks for her on days she's not scheduled. We genuinely love having her around and we don't know what we would do without her.
