About Eryn

I am recent graduate from the University with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders and a minor in Education. I have extensive experience working children of various age ranges and ability levels. Throughout college, I have tutored in a 4th grade classroom, worked as a head camp counselor for an elementary-aged summer camp, volunteered at a physical therapy summer camp at a local elementary school for children with disabilities, and worked as a speech therapy intern. From 5/2015 to 1/2018, I held a position as a Personal Care Assistant, for two nonverbal children. Through this job I was able to learn minimal sign language, see the utilization devices first hand, and learn how to build relationships with individuals that are nonverbal. I am in search of a full-time nannying position for this summer before starting a full-time SLPA position in September.
