About Erwina

My passion for caregiving began young though my mother's residential care business. It taught me to treat people with patience, compassion and dignity. Becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant only deepened that passion. I've cared for people needing personal care, mobility assistance, and hospice and end of life support. What I love the most is getting to know someone beyond their care needs: Their stories, routines, preferences, and the little things that bring them comfort. I believe good care starts with listening. I also value independence. if someone can safely do something for themselves, I'd rather encourage and support them than take over. Everyone deserves to feel capable, respected, and involved in their own care. I know how much trust it takes to welcome someone into your home. I have experience documenting changes and keeping families updated in the way they prefer. More than anything, I want to be someone your loved one feels comfortable with and you can count on!
