Ersha has been with our daughters for the past year and a half before we made the decision of sending our daughters to day care but she was truly amazing. She became best friends with our girls and made our little one grow out of her shell. She always had fun things planned. My girls especially looked forward to " fun Fridays" a day where she always had something fun and special planned! She became part of the family and I would recommend to everyone!
