About Erolyn

Erolyn has been my uncle's evening caregiver for about 5 months now and she is wonderful. She's passionate about what she does and she believes a person's care is a reflection of herself so she always does her best. She helps my uncle safely move from his chair to his bed or bathroom, helps to bathe him, does laundry and cleaning, and keeps him company. She has a very soothing presence and is very patient with him. My uncle can often be difficult or not want to be cleaned and changed and she makes it comfortable for him to say yes on his own terms or comes up with a compromise. Her communications skills are great and she always keeps me informed of what's going on and she's very observant. I trust her completely and she is a genuinely kind human being. My uncle has had a lot of unreliable caregivers in the past that have taken advantage of him and having Eroyln provides of peace of mind that he is well cared for in her presence.
