Ernestina brought a friend along for the deep clean and it was a fantastic job. However, she continued to bring her friend along and didn’t charge $35 an hour, she charged us $50 even though we never discussed her friend coming or that price. Cleanings were great (bi weekly) but started to notice them chatting more than working. It seemed to take the two of them longer than any maid I’ve hired before. Anyways, she’s great to work with and kind, but I’m suddenly without a cleaner.
