Hello, my name is Erma I'm a reliable and compassionate caregiver with over 10 years of experience caring for seniors. At this stage in my life, helping others is something I truly value and take pride in. I currently also work with the disability board, which has given me even more experience supporting individuals who need patience, understanding, and dependable care. Over the years I've helped seniors with daily routines such as personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. I believe seniors deserve to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect. I enjoy spending time talking with them, listening to their stories, and making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. I treat every person I care for like family and always do my best to create a calm, safe, and supportive environment. Families often describe me as patient, dependable, and genuinely caring, and I take that responsibility very seriously.
