About Erlinda

Erlinda took care of my 101 year old mother for almost six months. Erlinda is the absolute greatest aide one can find. She is kind, patient, funny, nurturing, energetic, loving, and very knowledgeable. She not only cared for Peggy, but she had the patience to understand our needs during a very challenging situation. She made my mother laugh, took her out to restaurants and bingo- showed her a great time. She nursed her when she was sick or sad and patiently engaged with her when she was repetitive in her questions due to memory loss or angry about her meals. The only reason Erlinda is not with us now is we moved my mom to Florida to live with my sister. Over the last decade we have had many aides for Peggy (in her own home and in ours), all quite lovely but Erlinda is special - she created an environment in our home that made us feel understood and made my mom feel loved. She is also efficient and on top of scheduling and open to flexibility of schedule. One needs a lot when caring for an elderly parent- Erlinda provided everything. Need I say more?
