Hired Erlah about a year ago and she has been a blessing to our family. She treats my dad like he is her own. She is very compatible and has a lot of patience, especially since my dad has dementia and can be very nervous at times and needs things breaking down in too Small sentences so he can understand and she does a wonderful job. My dad is very happy when she comes to visit and she is an angel in disguise.
