Erin was absolutely incredible while caring for my 22-year-old autistic stepson over the weekend (Friday to Sunday) at her home. He has fragmented communication, but Erin connected with him in such a respectful, patient, and intuitive way that he felt immediately safe and understood. She created a calming, supportive environment where he could truly be himself — from feeling secure and relaxed in the pool to vibing to Kendrick L. on the Oculus. He had the best time and left her home with a huge smile, which means everything to us. Erin clearly has a deep understanding of neurodivergence and the flexibility, empathy, and creativity it takes to support someone with unique communication needs. The fact that she offers both care in her home and in-home services is a huge bonus. We’re incredibly grateful to have found her and would recommend her without hesitation.
